There is a beautiful piece of earth in the middle of the island IBIZA, untouched by tourism and modern invasion.
There is space for about 20 people in single and double bed rooms.
There are eight bathrooms and a swimming pool.
There is a well with plenty of good drinking water and a system to pump water into a tower deposit to have water pressure all over the place.
There is a system installed to heat up water by sun energy. So we have 1.000 liter of hot water daily. 
There is electricity of 220 V and a telephone line. 
There is Internet access (ADSL) and you can connect your laptop. (Next free Internet access you can have in  in the Church of Sta. Gertrudis.)
There is a dome used as group room. 8,50 m diameter with bathroom.
There is a dome of 5 m diameter. (Now used as store room.)
There is a dome of 5 m diameter with bathroom for individual treatments. (Now used as store room.)
There is a kitchen with several fridges and deep freezers, juicer, etc. 
There is a cool room for vegetables and fruits.
There is land with good earth to grow vegetables and fruits for more than 50 people.
There is a Aloe Vera plantation. (There are two hundred young plants are waiting to be planted!)
There is a compost production for our own use. (Now more than we can use.)
There is a Biodiesel production for our own vehicles. (At the moment there is too much other work to do...)
There are a lot of tools to work with wood, stones, etc. (Most of the tools disappeared or are broken...)
There are two van, one car, 3 bicycles, two fork trucks, one motorcultor. (Again: The car for common use and also for visitors again was transformed into scrap. That's the 5th car now over the years! One motorbike was taken by a visitor who disappeared with it... Who wants to move now can use a bicycle or one's legs...) One fork truck and the motorcultor are broken.
There are two dogs, twenty cats, twenty chicken, three rooster, 12 ducks and eight geese. 
There are possibilities... There is open space... There is the horizon and the possibility to go beyond... (What is hardly used, people prefer to stay in their limited, narrow and cramped personality, not even able to see the possibility to go beyond...)
and also there is: 
A lot of creative material which should be selected and organized.
All kind of equipment which should be repaired: Computers, printers, video cameras, TVs, lamps, heaters, fridges, pumps, bicycles, etc.
There are many pallets which could be recycled, - when repaired and better organized.
With many people and animals the place seems dirty and messy and needs more cleaning.
The compost production needs to be taken care of, - too much material has been accumulated.
So we are just waiting for you!!!
